DIY Basics: How to Hammer a Nail Correctly. In today’s daily DIY tip from See Jane Drill, we get back to basics. In this case, it’s all about learning how to hammer a nail (or drive a nail) properly. 

Believe it or not, it is actually important to use the right technique to drive a nail into wood. It is one of those simple, yet important skills to have for your DIY projects. If you don’t know how to do it, you might find yourself struggling with hammering nails. Maybe you get a lot of bent nails, or worry about hitting your own hand. But fear not!  The correct technique for how to hammer a nail is super-easy to learn, and once you do know how to do it, you will know it forever!
