I am interested in buying a Dick English compression ring remover . I enjoy your videos .
How do you fix an old drain in basement (1956 MI home) that will not take water out of basement floor and go out of home. All other drains work? It is all rusted and even a snake does not work.
Thank you so much for your videos! My husband is always encouraging me to learn more about how to use tools to help him with DIY projects around the house but I always feel intimidated when I’m in a hardware store and I don’t know where to look or where to even start doing things on my own. When I go to your website though, I just pick a few videos that look handy and the way Jane talks people through things is very easy to understand. She never assumes that you know what she is talking about so she explains things very thoroughly but she does not talk down to you either. Thank you for making DIY accessible for even someone like me. I really do feel like I can do this and I’ve never felt that way about DIY before.
Dear Jill, thank you so much for your letter. You and others in similar situations are EXACTLY the reason why we started See Jane Drill to begin with. It means so much to us to know that our efforts really mean something to people. Thank you again. Sincerely, Karen and Leah (Jane)
Thanks Leah!!!! Watched your video on how to install a toilet, and it went perfect. Then put in a vanity. Had a leak at the valve on the hot water, watched how to fix a leaking shut off value and guess what “I can do it” yup just took 1/4 turn!!! Woohoo!
