A Simple, Cheap Way to Cut Your Paint Clean-up Time in Half
Paint liners cost about a dollar each at the store, and yes, they are disposable, but if you have many color changes, the costs can add up. And if you want to re-use the liner, well, then you have to clean it, so, there isn’t much difference between cleaning the liner or the paint itself.
Instead, use heavy-duty, extra-wide aluminum foil to line your roller tray. You will get about 150 paint pan liners out of one roll of foil. When you are done painting, or when you need to change colors, just roll up the foil and toss it. You will save effort, money and most of all, clean-up time!
