October 16, 2015 Friday Find: Fiber Fix – Super Adhesive Tape
Image that super glue meets duct tape…and there you have Fiberfix.
How it Works: Simply dip the tape in water to activate the adhesive, and wrap it around any surface. Within about 2 – 5 minutes you will have a rigid, strong bond.
The best part? It works with almost any surface! You can use it on metal, wood, rubber, plastic and PVC. It can be sanded and painted, and is both heat and cold resistant, as well as waterproof. It comes in several different widths, and is affordable.
The uses for FiberFix are nearly infinite. Use it to fix broken long-handled garden tools. Wrap it around just about any type of metal piping. Fix bicycles, broken tent poles and other outdoor gear. You can even use it to fix a car engine!
